Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Upon arrival to Buenos Aires Airport you will be whisked away by private chauffeur to your city centre hotel. When you have relaxed a little and are ready to head into the fray, join us at one of the city’s finest Wine-Bars, where you will start the evening by getting acquainted with some fine Argentinean Malbecs and Torrontes. After dinner at “La Caballeriza” on the bustling waterfront, we will be happy to organize VIP access to any one of the city’s top clubs.
Day 2 – Explore the Paris of South America
Start the morning with an escorted tour of the Historic quarter of San Telmo, before discovering some little treasures at the Artisan & Antiques fair at Dorrego Square. From here we’ll take you through Plazo de Mayo and on to the exclusive Barrio of Recoleta famous both for its cafés and its old Argentine aristocracy. Enjoy lunch on the square and soak in the gaiety of beautiful Buenos Aires. Naturally we will again be pleased to secure VIP access for our guests to one of the city’s top clubs.
Day 3 - Mendoza’s Central Valley
Today we fly to Mendoza, the epicenter of Argentina’s wine making. Take lunch at the superb Ruca Malen winery restaurant before checking in to the vineyard's exclusive lodge. After lunch join us to explore the beautiful town of Mendoza.
Day 4 - Mendoza’s Uco Valley
From Mendoza we travel to Uco Valley and the exclusive Posada Lodge at the Salentein Winery. After a divine lunch in the winery’s wonderful Killka Restaurant, spend a leisurely few hours learning about the vineyard and taking in the magnificent views of the Andes and the Tupungato Volcano.
Day 5 - Mendoza’s Uco Valley
VIP guided tours to two of the country’s most celebrated wineries are on the menu today. After visiting world-famous French winemaker Michel Rolland’s Clos de los Siete vineyard, we then visit the glorious Monteviejo Winery. Lunch in the shadow of the Andes as you enjoy a traditional Asado at Posada del Jamon – a true local gem. Work off some of the days gastronomic indulgences with some horseback riding in the Andean foothills, or a stroll around the Posada’s magnificent estate.
Day 6 - Santiago de Chile
It is time to bid farewell to Mendoza as we depart to the Chilean capital of Santiago. Upon arrival and check-in, revel in our VIP guided walking tour of downtown Santiago’s historic quarter. Visit the bustling Mercado Central and the historic building where the city’s finest Chefs procure only the freshest seafood to be served at the best dining tables all around the city this evening.
Day 7 - Colchagua Valley
By now you will have a great appreciation of Argentinean wines, so it is time to sample the delights of the Chilean cellar. We will take you from Santiago to the Colchagua Valley to lunch at the wonderful Viu Manent Winery. After lunch, relax into a Vintage horse-drawn carriage as we embark on a leisurely tour of the estate. Naturally you will be invited to sample the vineyards finest reserves before taking the rest of the day at your ease.
